As the YYC Noodle Festival's first cultural event, this intimate gathering was a special exploration of food, family tradition, and connection, featuring a live demonstration of the multi-step process of crafting this soulful dish from scratch.
Beyond enjoying the meal, appetizers, and storytelling, the gathering supported the vital work of the Leftovers Foundation, helping reduce food waste and nourish those in need right here in Calgary.
