This is your chance to get your noodles OUT THERE while giving back to a great cause!
Come participate in the third annual YYC Noodle Festival from November 5 - 15, 2026. This 10 day event is a celebration of Asian food and culture by featuring signature dishes from vendor restaurants (like yours!) all over the city. Customers will come, taste, share and rate their favourites - vendors will compete for the title of People’s Choice and Most Creative Noodles.
As a participating vendor, please read the documents below to ensure a successful 2026 YYC Noodle Festival!
Registration for this event is open until September 20, 2026. Once your registration fee is received, you will have until September 25th to submit details and a photo of your signature dish!

Hung's Noodle Factory is the owner and co-organizer of YYC Noodle Festival. Roots Collective, the other co-organizer, was approached to provide support and give back to the community. When the organizers learned about The Leftovers Foundation and what they do, we simply had to invite them onboard as the 2026 benefiting charity for the Noodle Festival.
As per CRA guidelines, you will receive a tax receipt for the contribution from Noodles sold, but not for the donation bin that can be displayed in your establishment or your registration fee.

There will be a Noodle Festival certificate (or trophy) awarded and recognition for each category: The Top Rated Noodle Award, The Power Fundraiser Award, and The Most Creative Noodle Award.
Customers rate each Noodle on the website. Results are tallied at the end of the festival to determine winners in each category.
Winners in each category will be granted bragging rights, listed on the YYC Noodle Festival website, Facebook, Instagram, winners press release and a custom certificate to show off in their stores.

YYC Noodle Festival is a celebration of Asian culture and heritage but above all else, committed to an inclusive community. Noodles from all cultural heritages are welcome to participate and compete!
